"THANK YOU Debbi and Team.... This is all because of you guys... you inspire me every week to push myself and I love it. This site has ignited my creativity and helped me to find my voice and given me more confidence than anything else and for that I am truly grateful." --Val Thorpe

"I want to thank you because I have had an amazing journey here so far. All my layouts have made either the Most Wanted list or the Watched list. I love CSI because it is run in such a professional manner, everything happens exactly when you say it is going to. This is a big credit to you and your team and I want to take this moment to thank you and all your team for this as it makes it so much easier for us that are still so new to the world of blogging let alone scrapbooking." --Carol Deal

"Thank you for providing all those beautiful Case Files. Without them I wouldn't be able to get over my shyness of writing on my layouts or writing in general. Your site has woken my inner muse. I am extremely grateful for that." --Sandra Taylor

"CSI is a very special place for me. I have made friends all around the world. I think of it like my creative homeroom. Thank you Debbi!" --Lydibel Porrata

"I have so enjoyed myself since I have joined CSI, it's such a different environment to anywhere else I have been. It's so warm and connected. The case files are so inspiring and I have ended up with some of my very favourite pages." --Hayley

We are so excited about our collaboration with Scrap365, UK's biggest and best scrapbooking magazine.

We shared our first Special Scrap365 Case File in August 2013 and are opening our eighth Case File during this month of October . After this Case File closes, we will be selecting our five favorite layouts to feature, and those people will be invited as CSI Special Deputies (guest designers) for June.

You might have heard that Scrap365 is ceasing publication of its print magazine, but there are new and exciting changes. Scrap365 will still be published in print as a supplement in their sister publication, Craft Stamper magazine.

Another new addition to Scrap365 will be a monthly digital version of the magazine, which will blow your mind with the special features it will include!

And don't forget the awesome Scrap365 blog, which is full to the brim with inspiration. CSI will be teaming up with the Scrap365 for some special features.

If you've never seen Scrap365, it's awesome. I've subscribed to just about every scrapbook magazine over the years, and I must say, this is the very best publication I've ever seen. Each issue is chock-full of gorgeous layouts from scrappers around the world, every single one accompanied by commentary from the designer. There are numerous articles in each issue: trendy technique with step-by-step instructions; tons of inspiring articles on topics ranging from journaling to designer's styles to tips for using products by top-notch designers; pull-out sketches; and so much more.

Scrap365 has an amazing design team, including some of our very own past and present CSI Dectectives: Emma Trout, Heather Jacob, Riikka Kovasin, and Tracee Provis. You really must check out Scrap365!

Here's a look at the cover of the October issue of Craft Stamper, featuring the Scrap365 supplement:

    Under Surveillance

Tell Your Story. It's our tagline, and here at CSI, it's one of our missions to get our members to delve deeper into journaling--to document the meaningful bits and pieces that make up our lives. We would like to shine a special spotlight each week on a member who did an exceptional job telling their story. Click here to see an archive of all our Star Witnesses.

    Me? Messy? by Lisca Meijer

We could all relate to Lisca's journaling! We applaud Lisca for reflecting on her right brain/left brain layout she previously did and her determination to get "messy." We enjoyed reading Lisca's feelings about her artistic experimentation, and we look forward to watching her continued journey into the world of mixed media!

Each week, five layouts that caught our eye will be chosen to feature as our "Most Wanted." With so many amazing layouts in the gallery, it was incredibly hard to narrow the "lineup" down to five, but here they are, in no particular order. (Please click on the title beneath the layout to take you to the layout in the gallery where you can leave the artists some comments.)
