feeling so behind here

Yikes...I just realized how behind I am leaving love in the gallery.  I always try to leave a comment on everyone's submissions, but things have been so hectic here.  3 weeks ago my daughter and I were in a major car accident.  We were slammed into by a mini van in bumper to bumper traffic which resulted in a 6 car pile up.  THe force of her hitting us cause us to end up underneath of of mustang.  IT was beyond scary.  We are ok thankfully...walked away with cuts and bruises but nothing major.  Car is totaled.  So for the last couple of weeks we have not had a car.  Due to the #of children in the accident...this was on the way to school...police took all info and sent us to the hospital.  Insurance wouldn't do anything until we got a police report...took 2 and half weeks. Eli's school is 30 minutes away...but since we are relying on the transit buses it takes almost 2 hours one way!  so needless to say I haven't had a lot of time left to play on the computer.  Hoping to go car shopping this weekend!  I hope to catch up on everyone's layouts soon!

OMGoodness, Jenn! How terrifying! So glad to hear you all are okay! 

I know how you feel about being behind because I've made it my goal to comment on everyone's pages. I get busy and then I get behind. That's so nice of you.

This is terrible Jenn. I hope you and your family are feeling a little better now and have a replacement car! We take so much for granted that when things like this happen we panic! You're so lucky that everyone is ok and no one was killed. Insurance companies sometimes suck, but I guess they are trying to stop those people who falsely claim.
