Edited instructions for how I added this blinkie to my sidebar in Blogger:

1. Click "Design" at the top.

2. Click "Layout" from the left.

3. Select "Add gadget from the right."

4. Select "Picture" from the gadget choices.

5. In the next window that pops up, you'll need to put a title, like "I play at" or "I'm addicted to" or "I worship" (just kidding).

6. I left the caption blank.

7. For the link, put http://csicolorstoriesinspiration.ning.com/ (make sure you don't have http:// in there twice).

8. For the image, put this: http://api.ning.com/files/*D8ySsrdcOAunkjgVMKGCs*5d32QYtcLx3LcQBoWEPm1vbkQ9YU3OdmQam0AM4ddJPtFcPUrheJnD4dy7n6pYcYK*-6FaxuJ/CSI_badge2.jpg

9. Click "Save." The box will close.

10. Click "Save arrangment at the top."

The same thing kept happening to me. I'm not really sure how I got it to work, but I think I hit the space bar on the image code. All of a sudden the image popped up.
