17 - Now What?!

For my evidence I used circles (plain chipboard circles that I glued on the background and whitewashed with gesso), music sheet (a tiny circle in the label cluster), stars and white space.

For my journaling I journaled in circle: "I'm so out of my league when it comes to any kind of machine. I hate automatic ticket machines and the self-service check-in kiosks. I'd much rather wait in line to be ale to speak with a human being. I dread the moment people start lining up BEHIND me because I'm slow."

This photo was taken in Athens by Hubs who told me how to get the tram ticket even though he doesn't speak Greek nor English. (I speak very little Greek but I know English but just wasn't able to figure out how to buy the darn ticket!!)

Absolutely LOVE this Helena! hate all those machines myself, what's wrong with having a real person behind a counter talking to you?! fabbo background with the pops of blue and the gesso!

I love that you opened up about your "affliction"...mine is directions!  I have to travel to a place at LEAST 10 times before I know how to get there by myself!!!!  My husband thinks I'm from Mars!  I have that paper and NEVER thought to gesso it make the background less distracting...GENIUS!!!!

so neat and fun! I love this page; the fantastic background and layers, the textures… and the story is neat, too!

Great topic for a layout! I dislike all those machines too - like the automatic check-ins at airport, they always give me problems and I end up having to chase around to find a person to speak with instead. Fabulous layout. Love the background, all the labels, and the perfect circle journaling.
