Journaling - I have this book that has quizzes in it to help jump start your journaling. I chose a quiz and had Travis answer the same 10 questions I did. We did not talk about our answers until we were finished. We ended up having really similar answers.


1. How long have you been together?
T: In our hearts we have been
Together 17 years.
J: I guess that would depend on when
You started counting. We have
Been together for a year and a
Half. However, we met 18 years
Ago and started dating 17 years ago.
We were separated for 15 years, but
Out hearts never let go.


2. How did the 2 of you meet?
T: Playing soccer in the street
In front of her house and my
Mother’s friend’s house.
J: I was playing soccer in the
Street in front of my house.
He was at his mom’s friend’s
House who lived across the street
From me. He was bored and
Came out to see if he could join me.

3. Tell us about one of your significant
Other’s lovable quirks.
T: Her love of lizards. I never met a girl
That loves to find lizards as much as
She does.
J: He makes the best sound effects when
Telling stories.

4. What is your favorite thing to do together?
T: We love to go hiking together. She
Loves to take pictures of all the
Beauty around us and I love just
Being outside in nature.
J: Hiking! We love hiking. I love taking pictures
Of the wildlife and nature, but mostly I love
Looking for lizards.
5. What is something you rarely agree on?
T: Me: on the necessity of being right.
Her: that it is more important to be
Heard, understood, and respected, than
Being right.
J: Cleaning. I must have everything in its
Place and it drives Travis nuts. I cannot
Go to bed if things are lying around.

6. What’s the most important thing you have
In common?
T: Our determination to make our relationship
Work.
J: We both value our relationship as well as our
Family. We work very hard to maintain these
Relationships.


7. What funny or pet names do you call each other?
T: Love
J: Love

8. What gift did he/she give to you that
Meant the most?
T: The sacrifice she made in her career to
Move out here to be with me.
J: I appreciate everything he has given to me,
But my favorite is the T.V. tray he made for
Me when I was pregnant. I love it.

9. What is the kindest thing he/she has ever
Done for you?
T; Forgave me.
J: Hard to choose. He does so much for me.
I will say giving up his days off to take Eli to
School so I can get stuff done. He always
Tries to put me first.


10. What’s the most interesting thing
About him/her?
T: Her compassion and steed fast
Dedication to this family and us.
J: His love of weapons…mostly swords.
He knows all of these cool facts about
Them. He gets so excited when talking
About them.
