24-Memories of Alana at 7

I asked Alana, my eldest daughter who is know 13, to pick her favorite photo from when she was 7 and to tell me what she remembered of that age. Then I told her what I remember of her at 7 and with both our memories I put together this page.
I used IRIS FOLDING for the title and INVERTED IRIS FOLDING for the photo (took me 11 copies of it!).
I wrote my journaling on the photo itself...

Here´s a closeup of one of the letters from the title:

I used dimensional paint on the lacy frame to make it pop up a bit:

And silver flowers with a red jewel in the middle for each of the corners of the photo/journaling spot:

Such a wonderful idea and it must have been hard getting everything in the right place. The title letters look fabulous too. I haven't done iris folding in years, thank you for reminding me of it.
