24 you are such a joy

I never scrapped this photos before... as you can see Mercedes was just a baby in her grandpa's arms. You see it was a special trip we took many years ago, he swore it would be the last time we would take an airplane. We thought he would change but he didn't he never got into another again. I chose to document extensively ina pulled out page behind their photos. But I did write 3 characteristics that define him for my testimony: my grandpa loving, special, unique... For my evidence I went with lace (paper) circles (gessoed and then flocked with velvet) and I used red paint to paint my resin flowers m

I loved putting it all together, I cut like 4 different pp, then I used new Crate Paper, the dots in the back were done with Gesso and then flocked with velvet. I just wish you could feel them...

I wanted to show you my hidden journaling, it moves and hides behind the photos and papers but it is all there....

I am so sorry about the 5 'o clock shadow but it was the best light I had all day and since the flowers are so bulky they created a shadow...
