This would have worked better if Lori, my then and still friend, was the Homecoming Queen my senior year in High School as I for some reason had thought for a long time. Faulty memory, it was actually the girl seated next to her who won. I journaled about this on the back of this layout, there was so much to say, and I really could have said more about Lori if only a 12 x 12 space permitted. Lori has overcome some amazing challenges, including a recent brain injury that she is still overcoming, but has never given up on her dreams. My evidence - dotted and striped pattern papers, and a circle (in the doily). Testimony - Started with the word daydream, which made me think of the song with the lyrics "You're a daydream believer and a homecoming queen," which made me think of Lori, who (almost) was both.

Great layout Ellen! Love the look of the stamped title and the doily, and that you did a layout about your friend.
