The Scheme

Soothing Blue - a dark blue, on the distressing ink of the elements!
Golden Harmony - a greenish goldish yellow, on the rosette and in spots all over the LO
Blue Skies - a sky blue background paper
Gray Tranquility - a pale gray on and inside the booklet
Calming Khaki - khaki green mostly on the rosette and the booklet.

The evidence

Use pleating -- pleat ribbon, paper = inside the booklet
Make paper rosettes. = over the photo
Use circles in your design. = scallop circles
Use circular accents.= rosette and flowers
Birds = detail on a scallop square.
Use multiple small patterns.
Use border punches.= round and square scallop
Use floral prints.= pattern papers and cut out flowers

The testimony

Journal in a circle. = journal on the flower above the booklet
Make a little booklet that opens to reveal your journaling.
Inspiration Words: calm, flight, read -- Use these as jumping off points for your journaling (not just as a title). = used in the booklet's journal
