CSI #12 - Remember Family...

There was a LOT of green this week and at first I wasn't sure how to approach it.. the Irish in me was thrilled..!! hee hee... and that lead me back to my paternal Great Grandparents who were both 2nd Generation Irish Immigrants.. these are people who worked incredibly hard as farmers and raised their families, so very far away from their homeland....They stayed together as a community, through Church, music, dance and wonderful story-telling... I feel so blessed to even have a few pictures of them...
Thanks for Looking!!
:)
Debbi...

Evidence:
- hot air balloons
- Flowers
- Fluffy ( cheesecloth )

Testimony:
- I typed up the record of my paternal family..as given to me, ie: arrival to Canada, children, etc..and placed it on the back of the Layout..for future generations to refer to..

Debbi!!! I didn't realise that you were Canadian, and from PEI to boot! For some reason, I thought you were from the UK. We're practically neighbours ;)

What a wonderful vintage layout you've created here. I love the papers you chose and how you layered them with the embellishments and photos. Visually so interesting. TFS:)

Love, love, love this Debbie.   Your family history is similar to my own and this really tugs at my heart strings.  Superb fussy cutting, layering and textures make this a standout for me  :)

A stunning LO!  The layering is amazing!!  My maternal grandparents came to Montreal, Canada in the late 1920's.  I would love to go to Ireland one day.  It looks so beautiful there.  :)
