CSI#22 - Anita Scroggings
I just had to use this Jenni Bowlin paper that I picked up at convention this past weekend, so this challenge was perfect!
I have used: Wet medium (paint), Crown, patterned trim (washi tape), and "Once Upon a Time": in my journaling.
