Gorgeous Nadia!!  So elegant.  Love the lacy background to the shape and the stitching round the shape.  Also how you've arranged the ribbon.

how can every single page you do, be so darn beautiful! LOL! I love looking at all of the elements and still I never think to put them on my pages. The ruffled punched piece behind the background is really nice. Adorable photo of the girls
