This LO was inspired by the poem by Blake's poem in the Testimony section. The journaling (in the tag) is about how children have an ability to see the world in a grain of sand. How their imagination is way better than adults and how the live the life to the fullest.
Evidence: stars (modelling paste), translucent item (washi tape, the swirl), wet medium (ink spray), something grainy (embossing powder), textured paper (corrugated cardboard), dots, soften the edges (stamping)
Testimony: William Blake's poem (included in Finnish to the layout under the title, the journaling is in the tag)

Comment by Shaunery on August 20, 2012 at 10:16pm I simply love this. It's scrapping, it's photo art, it's simple understated elegance. LOVE this!
Comment by Riikka Kovasin on August 18, 2012 at 6:20am Thank you Eila :) I have seen the idea of using those rings as embellishments, but I didn't have any, so I made my own with two punches :D
Comment by Eila Sandberg on August 17, 2012 at 10:58am Beautiful and soft design Riikka, love the sweet photo and your title! how cool to use the - don't know what to call them - "rings" that you use on the holes in tags as embellies on your page, and the stars certainly are so pretty! xox

I know what you mean, Suzanna :) And I encourage you to get some modelling paste - wonderful stuff!
Helena - hyvin todettu!
Comment by Helena Virpi on August 14, 2012 at 5:03am Lovely design and texture. The gentle colors on your page convey the mood really well. Lapsilla on todella kyky nähdä enemmän ja kauemmaksi kuin aikuisilla.
Comment by Suzanna L on August 13, 2012 at 5:42pm Kids are amazing, aren't they? It amazes me that we try to shape and mold them as they grow yet they are so perfect to begin with... Ironic, isn't it? Those stars are amazing! I need to get some modeling paste and play...
Comment by Annie Claxton on August 13, 2012 at 4:29pm Love all the contrasting textures with these gentle colours and those stars are FAB!
