Thanks for the comment, Jacynthe - & since you do uncluttered sooo marvelously, I was really pleased to get it:):) BTW...love your doggy - the German Shepherd, is it? In your album. He looks a sweety:):):)
Thanks you so much for your sweet comment Jacynthe! My aunt and I looked very similar at that age, it is in my journaling for this page too. Especially with the braids. I am amazed that you noticed it and remembered what I looked like on those photos from my childhood. You must have a fabulous memory!! Have a great weekend!
Jacynthe, thank you so much for your lovely comment. I wasn't sure whether to share something so personal but after much thought I decided that too many layouts are done about 'perfection' and if I was to be true to our marriage then I wanted to write about it warts and all! Thankfully, 30 years down the line all of the heartache is behind is, so maybe that's why I found it easier to share. It was a really cathartic process...perhaps one day you will be ready to do the same (even if it is just for you) x
Thanks so much for the sweet comments on my layout! Yes, I am tired of trying to come up with a snazzy title - after 400 or so, I just gave up! I don't think my pages need them, I just want to show my photos, and tell my story. I do journal on every single layout, and rarely is it just a date. So I fell like that is enough.
Thanks so much for your sweet comment! Just wanted to let you know that all of the papers for my case #17 LO are October Afternoon. I'm a huge OA fan! I mixed many lines here both old and new. If you are interested in finding OA papers and can't, I can send you the link to an awesome online store in NB. I am in AB but order all my OA from this store. I can rarely find it in my neck of the woods. :(
